I have been loving those Hasselback Potatoes so much, but I wanted to have a plain old baked potato. Easy and good!

Wash potato and rub with olive oil. Put Kosher Rock Salt on a plate and roll the potato around in it.

I cooked on low for about 50 minutes. Took it to 210°. It was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Very tasty!
