You will need:
Chicken Wings: 2 – 4 lbs
1 tsp Olive Oil
1 1/2 tsp of each:
kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder
Place chicken wings in mixing bowl.
Drizzle the oil over the wings. Sprinkle the rest of the ingredients over the wings. Mix well.
Cover and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
Preheat grill to 400°.
Place grilling basket with wings on the rotisserie. Cook for about 70 minutes. Increase the heat for 10 more minutes. Wings should be crispy and golden brown.
We like to pour a 50/50 mix of butter and Franks hot sauce over them when they are in the serving dish.
