This is a second variation on Cornbread
You will need:
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
½ cup sugar
8 oz sour cream
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
½ stick melted butter
½ t. vanilla
Thoroughly combine ingredients. Bake in a 9 x 9 or equivalent dish for approximately 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Test middle with toothpick to see if you need to leave in longer than suggested 30 mins.
