These potatoes are so good, that I have trouble not eating them all while I am grilling!
You will need:
Potatoes (Yukon Gold are the best, but any will do)
Oil (Canola, or what you have)
Salt
Slice potatoes into thick slices. Recommend using a slicer so they will be uniform. If not some will be different degrees of done. Put slices into a bowl with oil and get them very wet and covered. Place on medium heat on GrillGrates. Salt them and cook for about 20 minutes. Longer if you want them crispy. I turn them over about half way through.
