You will need for the sauce:

4 tbls extra virgin olive oil
2 tbls butter
2 tbls finely chopped shallots or onions
1 tsp Old Bay
1/4 cup dry white wine
2 tbls capers

Rinse the crabs in cool water and dry with a paper towel. Heat grill to medium heat. Brush the crabs with melted butter on both sides. Grill for about 7 or 8 minutes. Brush top with melted butter and flip. Brush this side with melted butter as well. Cook for another 7 or 8 minutes and place on a hot plate.

Heat pan up on low heat on the side burner. Add butter, oil, and onions. Cook for 2 or 3 minutes to soften the onions. Add the Old Bay, wine, and capers. Pour this mixture over the crabs.
