Everybody loves barbecued hamburgers! The task of making the best juicy hamburgers is not for everyone. I think that we are on the way!

You will need:

2 pcs white sandwich bread with the crust removed and cut into 1/4 inch pieces
1/3 cup low fat milk
2 1/2 tsps kosher salt
1 tsp freshly ground pepper
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 tbsps Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsps ketchup
3 lbs 85% ground beef
3 scallions, finely sliced (or onions)
10 hamburger buns

I preheat the grill to medium. (That is with the GrillGrates.)

Mash the bread and milk together with a fork until you get a chunky paste. Add salt, pepper, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and ketchup. Mix well.

Add the beef and scallions. Mix together with your hands, but do not over do it. Made 10 equal sized balls. Make patties from the balls with a slight depression to keep the burger from puffing up.

On medium, because Margo does not want any pink, I cook for 10 minutes on each side. I also like to lightly toast the buns on the grill.

Enjoy!
