You will need:

1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp worcestershire
2 tsp minced garlicĀ 
1tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 lb ground beef
4 slices your favorite cheese

Whisk olive oil, worcestershire, garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add beef and mix with hands. Do not over do this process.
Shape into 4 patties and put a thumb print in the middle of each one.
Preheat grill or cast iron skillet to medium high. Cook 4 – 5 minutes with lid closed or a top. There should be no red juices when you flip. Resist the urge to smash the patties with spatula. Cook to about 140Ā°. Add cheese after you flip.
