We have been making Sussex County Roadside Chicken for as long as I can remember. So today I decided to have it in the Big Easy SRG. We also had the baked potato, which turned out awesome again!
I tried the chicken at low and on the bottom. The potato was on the top. Next time I will cook at high and open the lid for the last 10 minutes. It took about an hour to get to temperature on low, so I will expect less time on high. The chicken was good, but we were looking for some “crisp”.
