I never had mushrooms before I met Margo. And know I can’t get enough of them! We like the portabella the best!

You will need:

3 tbs olive oil
3 tbs butter
1 lb mushrooms (sliced)
1 clove garlic thinly sliced
1 tbs red wine
1 tbs teriyaki sauce
1/4 tsp garlic salt
freshly ground pepper to taste

Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add all other ingredients and cook until mushrooms are lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Reduce heat and simmer until mushrooms are tender. About 5 – 8 minutes.
